- Which country should I buy in? There are so many choices so do thorough research. Look for EU or Government funding for the area, major improvements in infrastructure, a focus on improving tourism, business and the economy.
- How do I finance the project? Aim to put down up to 30% of the purchase price with a 70% mortgage. You may be offered a lower deposit, but ensure the banks will lend you the full balance on completion.
- Is my money safe? Some countries offer bank guarantees, however if not make sure it is a reputable developer. How long have they been in business? What is their track record?
